1WayComm Oper State in M-VPLS

Hi All,

i get a problem in m-vpls topology, when using command "show service id x stp", the oper-state is "1WayComm"
anyone have an idea what does it means?

I believe it means the RSTP peer on that link is not able to detect the presence of a neighbour.
