Hi,
My system is the common platform R11. The V/guides are not playing and this is what i did;

1. ftp VGADPCM.ENO to usr7/vgadpcm/flash/std
2. Voice Guide Index MG. create VG item 1and language 1
3. Voice Guide Index MG. create Vg item 2 and music on hold
4. Delete tone 2
5. Create voice guide 2, single message, backup 56, flash message 1 = 2
6. I rebooted the system.

Any idea what the problem could be?

Check:
1) incidents about VG
2) for your GD - VG state with "vgstat" command.

And some tip - not necessary to reboot system. with command "config all -v" - you will see - your GD will be present like GD (f.e. pos. 1 0) and GPA fictive (f.e. pos. 1 27). For VG - you can just restart fictive GPA - rstcpl 1 27 and check incidents.

i tried that but they still cannot play. See attachments.
GPA FICTIF is in service and i have reset that. I also attached the vgstat results. I am monitoring incidents for now.

Looks like - VG Ok.
So - check language management:
User - language ? (f.e. 1)
System - User language 1 - Voice Guide Language ? (f.e. 1)
System/Flash VG configuration - for VG index 1 - declared English?

Ok, so thats not it... Can you tell me the error message you get when trying to email?
