How to create a new voice guide on OmniPCX

Hi

I'm new to configuring the Alcatel, me and another colleague are having problems creating voice guides. We created one as 1000, however when we access the voice guide management interface via *401 on a alcatel phone we receive

Code: Select all

VG not configured
. Any help?

Please follow basic documentation, it ellaborates the step by step.
