ARS Personal Trk Seizure Guide playing tone 19

Hi All

Just faced a tricky issue where by the dialing the prefix for ARS Personal Trk Seizure is playing tone 19 instead of VG 14. Voice guides are working as normal.

Any advise is appreciated.

What managed - translator/ Private call profile - about PIN and secret code?

Sorry for the late response. They are pretty much left at default. "Code Check" & "Use PIN" set to True. Call Type is Normal Call.

I am testing the DB in one of our lab systems, when I created an empty database, and configure the basics, it works OK. I am suspecting a DB corruption and hoping that someone can help me with some SQl stuff to try and link the ARS Personal Trk Seize prefix to VG 14. Actually I am trying to avoid reconfiguring the whole system.

Sql at that level is extremely unlikely :/
Export and import via Omnivista would be safest way

Sometimes problem not in Sql. F.e. was problem - when was created ARS professional instead of personal.
