Hello,
Can someone tell me where softphone keeps his settings that he gets from the audio wizard at the startup of the program?
The problem is that the audio wizard always returns after the computer had a shutdown so every time I have to select my headset again, volume,..
My headset is always plugged in on the same usb port all the time.
Kind regards

Maybe don't have permissions to write on registry to save settings

Re: Softphone audio wizard at every startup
Thank you for your response,
No, the problem is that we work with roaming profiles so the settings in the registry are indeed not saved.
So we need to make an exception for certain files so softphone can keep his settings. Thats why I need to know in what file/registry softphone keeps his settings for the audio wizard.
Kind regards

Registry is a per-profile and per-pc windows system configuration. So, is a general setting, not a single file as such
Better open an ESR with ALU and see if such deployment is supported
