Softphone won't connect to OXO large

We downloaded the IP desktop softphone from the BPWS and followed the instructions to configure it yet, the IP desktop softphone will only display "connecting".
Any Ideas of what could be the problem.
Alcatel lucent IP desktop softphone 11.0.56 running on windows 10

There is no firewall and windows firewall is down. There is connectivity between the OXO and my pc.

Reset the OXO, everything is working just fine.
