Hi,
After cleaning my system from viruses, my IP desktop softphone is showing message "set not registered".
After new installation of Windows and softphone, still same message.
Please help me to resolve this issue. I am a beginner on Alcatel products.
Do I need to make changes on OmniPCX enterprise?

Just press any key and will ask for your set number and your set password, usually 0000, if you changed and don't remember it then reset it on the OXE manager, mgr or Omnivista

You need to remove the virtual mac address assigned in the user configuration and re register the set. (so yes you need access to OXE user configuration)
