OmniVista 4760 SMTP Gateway changes

Hi.
I have an OmniVista 4760 console with Alarm Management installed and configured to send alerts to notify IT members of any major issue of some of the OXE systems in China. Currently it is configured to send using smtp server outlook-apa.corp.busou.net and we would need to change to the smtp gateway called smtp-apa.corp.busou.net in order to ensure messages can be successfully delivered through the new gateway. I have had tried to look up the setting in our 4760 console but couldn’t find it. Can someone in Alcatel tell me where the SMTP setting is?

Hi gridding,

Are you referring to the 'Mail Server' configuration in OmniVista 4760? If yes, please select Directory module then go to System tab. After expand nmc item then select the [OmniVista 4760 server name]. Look for the 'Mail Server' parameter under the Export parameters tab on the right window.

Bom dia Zero e demais membros

Foi configurado no meu sistema esta opção de mandar alarmes por email no Omnivista 4760. Acontece que mês passado alteramos algumas configurações de rede como atualizações de firewall, proxy e DNSs e depois destas mudanças este serviço não manda mais alertas no email.
Dentro do OmniVista não encontrei nada que mencione as configurações deste correio para que veja o que está errado pois foi configurado por uma empresa terceirizada que não tenho mais contrato. Poderia me auxiliar ?

Cambió el servidor de correo? Debes escribir la nueva ip o nombre en el modulo de Administración, Omnivista 8770, Parámetros de exportación. Verificar que el server omnivista sea encontrado por nombre

do you have this issue if you pull one from network ?
