synchronized in the OmniVista 4760

Dear All

I have reinstall OV4760 R5.2 but when i synchronized in Directory it is only sunchronized with 03 days, i have checked in usr4/account i saw with 03 months (with TAXA file),

Could you please give me some idea to syncronized 03 months accounting to OV4760

Not sure but:
When 4760 take the tickets from OXE - OXE remember the last downloaded file (/usr4/tmp/*.acc - where * - PC 4760 name).
If you reinstall 4760 with the same PC name - may be your 4760 load only new tickets.
Try to delete file /usr4/tmp/*.acc and start synchronization (you can save *.acc file for safety reason)

I have deleted 4760.acc in usr4/tmp but same issue, please help

Limitation of Data Retrieved at First Synchronization
As of R4.2, it is possible to limit the ticket collection during the first synchronization. The
manager can select the most recent tickets only. This limitation reduces the amount of data
exchanged and the length of synchronization. By default the number of days is specified as 2
and is configurable.
To configure synchronization optimization:
- Select the path nmc > 4760_Server_Name > Servers > 4760_Server_Name >
SyncLdapPbx
, then click the Specific
- Select the Days of records retrieved during first synchronization attribute and enter
the number of days for which the last records are collected.
This attribute is used only for the first synchronization of a PCX, i.e. when no accounting ticket
or no VOIP ticket or no PTP ticket are recorded for the defined PCX.
This attribute is defined for all PCXs associated to the OmniVista 4760.

May be delete PCX? create again (in Directory) and make synchronization - declare "Days of records" what you want.
