Unable to use the bluetooth handset after pairing

Hi I am fairly new to the Alcatel IP telephony system. We have managed to install OXE system and have connected a MyIC 8082 phone. We have even paired the packaged bluetooth handset to the phone. However, we are unable to use the handset to make and receive calls. All calls are being answered on the onboard speaker and microphone.

I am sure that there will be an extremely simple solution to this but I am unable to resolve the problem. Any assistance and support on this would be much appreciated.

You can check binary version of your phone.

im having the same problem as well. anything to solve this?

oxe r11 with patch k140037 solved the problem. seems the new gen 8082 firmware has some issue with the old binaries.
