8082 in NOE not booting anymore

HI Guys

I installed 2 x 8082 phones in NOE mode a while ago on OXE. It worked perfectly but last week the one phone stopped working.
Now it restarts all the time.

Error is as follows:

Touch Panel Firmware Upgrading to 0x41 : Failed
NOE: 4.50.60

Then it goes to step 2.1 hookd and it reboots.

I tried reloading the binaries with ALEDS and can see it requesting DHCP from ALEDS but the upgrade never starts. I ran a Wireshark trace to see if I can perhaps get an IP address to try and SSH into the phone but I am not getting any ip address.

The problem with normal IP phone is I can go into its settings with "i + #" but it cannot be done on the touch screen. SO I cannot even access any settings on the phone.

Is there a way of defaulting the phone during startup?
