Downloading Package 1 on 145

i have upgraded my 8082 to new release R300.01.013.2 through the ALED tool , i logged to the set configuration and selected vlan 2 to have it work in my OXE platform , the set keep rebooting from this step Downloading Package 1 on 145 , i tried to connect it again to ALED but the DHCP keep requesting from the VM player and no response from the set , is there any possibility to factory reset it ? , i didn't configure any Ip addresses on the set and find no way to access it.
any support please.
