Alcatel 8082 MY IC phone not transmitting outgoing voice

Hello,
I have installed 8082 phone in NOE mode. I can establish call to other extensions.
The issue is I can hear voice from other extensions but they cannot hear me. I have checked the handset mic..and it works from other IP phones.
Could you please assist on this.
