Downloading Config for 8088

I am trying to download the config for my 8088 but i keep getting an error message that says "Error while downloading config files". Does anyone know where i should start to troubleshoot this issue? This is my first time setting up an 8088. I did an 8082 OTMS school but that was like over a year ago. Here is a screenshot of devices

I would appreciate any insight you have had setting these devices up.

The issue was using a wildcard cert. There are a few additional settings that are required for this to work.

Would be nice if you share those extra steps needed...you know... For the sake of other users who may face same issue later...

This deals with wild card certs. Assigning it to a user has nothing to do with why this issue was raised in the first place.
