Omni PCX Enterprise - Since 2004

Hi Everyone

We are running the Omni PCX Enterprise Crystal and Common Hardware - CS/GD from 2004. Please if some one can tell us if we need to upgrade the hardware. Our cards are eZ32, CPU 6 Step 2 etc. Our Voicemail is also 4635.

Please if some one can tell me the life cycle of the Alcatel Omni PCX Enterprise Software and Hardware.

Software is about 2 years before goes EOL on support.
Problem is that if you haven't paid Support since 2004 you will have to pay it if you will to get support and upgrade, as any major platform does.
So, for HW is basically the same, maybe CPU will be a mandatory upgrade for last version.

Please is there any document that has the details on for how long the R11.2.2 will be supported by Alcatel.

Currently, we paid for support.

You may use R12, which is the latest software with Alcatel
