Alcatel-Lucent reseller for a Finnish customer

Hi!

Alcatel-Lucent website doesn't list any resllers or partners for Finland so I'd like to know if there are any Alcatel-Lucent resellers/partners (preferably intra-EU, but outside EU will also do) reading this who are able to give me quotes on the following:

a) Price of upgrading a 6850-24L switch to a full-blown 6850-24
b) Price of software support contract for the aforementioned switch (and possibly others)
