newbebie question for ip touch 4018 desktop phone

Hi,
we have couple ip touch 4018 phones from client which are not in use.
Can we configure these phones into other pbxs like yeaster or SIP accounts from internet ?

sorry if it is silly question, couldnt get a basic answer for this in the googling.
