Client account for Alcatel Lucent website

Hello all,

First of all sorry if it's a wrong place. I dind't find the right place where to put this topic

I'm working on a company and recently we accuired an OXE and an important number of Omniswitch 4650. I want to know if I have the right to ask for a client account or a support account so I can access the Alcatel Lucent website in order to get the latest Firmwares and documentations. If yes who should give me this account ? Is it the supplier or should I ask Alcatel directly.
