Additional Screen when Transferring Call

Hi

I wonder if you can assist...

I'm pretty new to Presales so be nice!

So, when transferring a call internally, I would usually dial by name, OK on the user then it normally would call that user,

Dial by name > OK on user > user is called

however I seem to now have an additional screen that looks like a 'contact card' for the user I am searching for so now the process goes:

Dial by name > OK on user > contact card opens > OK to call that user..

It seems to be a global thing so I guess it is a tick box or something in OMC?

Are you on OXO or OXE? On OXO there is a change in the phone book since Rel.10. To get the old behavior on the phones you have to start typing a name and then press "Options" and then change to "local" and press OK. After that, this phone will use call by name as before. This has to be done on all phones, you can't change this via OMC.
