Request please suggest the compatibility of the subjected IP Server with Siemens HiPath 4000 over QSIG with all the features complied with.

I believe you are looking for integrating a Siemens HiPath with OXE over PRA Link using QSIG Protocol (Kind of E1 tie trunk between 2 PBX's).... OXE support QSIG-BC (Basic Call) and QSIG-GF (Generic Function)... to get more detail, confirm the Software Version of OXE and look for the document "Private Networks" for that specific release....
