ACTIS - How to Convert a Simulated offer to an Order-able Offer

Hi All,

Need some help with ACTIS offer, we have created and offer from Migration/Centralisation after applying the patch we were able to generate an offer and we want to order that offer, but it says that the offer is in Simulation Mode and Ordering is prohibited, kindly help with the process to unlock my offer.
