Maximum SIP Set per SIP Extension

Hi Experts

I am trying to find how many SIP sets can regsiter to OXE using same SIP User? I cannot find it anywhere in documentation..i have one customer where all 3 SIP phone sets in a room are registered using same SIP User and works fine and it consume only 1 SIP User license. I cannot find any details on how many sip sets can regsiter... this will help minimize overall cost of the system.

sipsets are managed as sipextension or sipdev ?
i remember that when i was testing sipsoftphone from # branch as sipdev i got them ringing at same time in the same pc (one@ip)
