OmniPCX Recording - Silent monitoring not working
Hello all,
I've been trying out this application, seems pretty good and easy to use. But there's always a catch ain't it .
All is working fine except the silent monitoring, I just can't get it working. I click on the live call and all it does is, pops out the gif for streaming and I can't hear anything.
If you have any experience with this problem pls help.
Thx in advance for any idea.

You mean alcatel omnirecord et all?
Pls give version of pbx, patchlevel and version of omnipcx record (tdm or ip?)

I don't have a problem with the whole thing, just the Silent monitoring feature, which the agents in Recording use.
I use OXE R9.0 patch50a and I tried lots of versions of Recording now at 2.1.0.15. I'm trying it for IP calls only (IPDR).

Hm any incidents on pbx? capture csta dialog on pbx?

this record will happen through G711 , could please change and check the user compressor

No incidents, because recording works fine I can play the calls after they're completed, I just can't listen to them live in silent monitoring.
I can see csta dialog fine in audit log from the recording, don't know how to check it on pbx.
I don't think there's a problem with the PBX, because as I said the calls are recorded. Does the silent monitoring work fine for you ?

I think i finally understand this silent monitoring should stream the call straight from the pbx and not from the Recording server.
Is that so ?

Got it working, you were right it was the G711 after I configured it without compression it started working.

I want to test the pcxrecord ,but the OPS has lock 130 set to 1.Whereas the document say lock 130 be 2.
Maybe because of that I dont see any recording in the search result.
Could anyone provide a working ops to complete the test.
Moreover,How to monitor the recording when log as admin?
