Hi. I am after some help with the following qustions.

1, Is there a way to import multi users on the OPR? I have tried this using a .csv file but the imported users are not set to record! If entered singularly they work ok.
2, When trying to use the OPR application from a normal user PC(No Admin rights) then I cannot listen to the recordings. If I then log in to the PC with local admin rights then all works fine.

Any assistance would be of great help.
