How to check errors for OmniPCX Office?

Hi,
I am getting an error during transfer call event.. but it just give the error number not the text for the error ..
how i can get the information about the errors?

this is tehe error which i get in my log file..
Error category: 256, specific error: 13, CstaErro: 269

please help.
