DUPADDR in GPON 5520 AMS

I was wondering if may people have used 5520 AMS and have ran into the duplicate mac alarms.

TL1 alarm condition: DUPADDR
Proposed Repair Actions: No special repair action. The conflicted MAC address can be manually prohibited or permitted if needed.
(not sure how to do this)(I have a ticket open but they are not an any hurry to assist. still researching)


We usually have to wait on the shub arp timer to time out before it will clear and allow devices services to work.
