8770 Cost is 0

when I generate report the cost is 0
I searched in Alcatel Unleashed and Alcatel official website and I didn't find a solution for my issue
I will attach NMCLD_CostCalculation_1.log file and if there any else needed to attach please tell me.

You need to configure Carrier parameters in Accounting first,
Check Administration manual, Ch. 10 Accounting/Traffic/VoIP, 10.2.7 Managing Carriers Items and 10.2.7.3 Example of a Carrier Configuration
