8770 Sync error

Hi all

I am using 8770 v 2.6 connect to oxo r.10

but i could not sync the OV8770 with OXO and got message

i just need to get call records for accounting so i order license for Metering and monitoring only ( NOT Start pack , Not configuration)

is there any problem on this case ?

Have you not checked the ftp password you entered in OmniVista?

Detailed Description Environment:

Scenario:
The synchronization of OXO with 8770 is not possible.


Version Build 2.6.07.06


esolution Analysis:
During the synchronization of 8770 with the OXO, the error message 'connection refused' is noted.
The reason being, the FTP password has been updated as 'tuxalize' in the 8770-OXO node-PCX-FTP password.

Solution:
The NMC password of OXO under ‘System miscellaneous-Password-Management password-NMC’ is the FTP password of 8770-OXO node-PCX-FTP password.
By updating the OXO-NMC password in the 8770-FTP password of the declared OXO (in configuration application), the synchronization works fine.
