Hi mgsox,

In your case, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your OmniVista8770
2. Go to the registered node under Network\Configuration\nmc\Network\Subnetwork\[node]
3. Remove the indicated ‘Last polled accounting file’ in Data Collection tab
4. Then, apply changes by clicking the green-check button
5. After, remove the ACCOUNT.LIS under \\8770\data\loader\networknumber=0\subnetworknodenumber=1\
6. Afterwards, execute ‘DirManag.exe’ under \\8770\bin\
7. Click ‘Connect’ and login as “cn=directory manager” (password= password set during the installation; e.g. AdminNmc)
8. After, click OK button
9. Locate “daysfirstsynchro” parameter by expanding o=nmc\OmniVista 8770\Servers\SyncLdapPbx\
10. Modify default value of “daysfirstsynchro=2” to “daysfirstsynchro=360”
11. After, go to File\Save and wait for the ‘Successful’ notification message then click OK button
12. Then, go back to OmniVista 8770 and perform a manual synchronization

Note: For your future installations, set first the “daysfirstsynchro” to 360 prior on performing the initial synchronization.
