Report format date change

Quickdraw question on this lovely friday

When a report is gennerated in the Reports modul, the name consist of a date format (eg. 6.00 AM/PM)

Is it possible to change this format from US (AM/PM 12H) format to EU format (24H) ?

After some trials, it seems that this only depends on the language you login with.
Try English UK to login, then display name of a generated report is also adapted to European format.
