No Waiting Duration

Good Day!

I'm having trouble with waiting duration in one of my generated lost call report.

When I generate a report, only PSTN incoming has waiting duration.

Parameters:
- Date: today
- Date/Hour:
- Extension:
- Called Number:
- Duration: Equal 00:00:00
- Call type:
- Initial Dialed number:
- Transferring number:
- Waiting Duration:

Is this possible software bug?
If not, what is the cause for this problem?

Hello,

looking directly into the accounting tickets on OXE, then I noticed that internal calls and outgoing calls never have a waiting duration in the ticket itself.
I am not sure if this is really a bug or if it has always been like this.

Btw: How can you generate tickets for local calls with a duration of 0. This is not possible in my understanding.
