Hi all ,
Service Provider duration and 8770 Duration report is Mismatching.
EXAMPLE: MONTHLY Call Duration REPORT By service provider is 2000hrs but in NMS Call Duration report it is showing 2100hrs.
Please help me to resolve this issue.....,

Depends on the settings of the report. Are there any calls included which did not go over this provider?

Request from provider detailed billing report for one month and compare:
- may be in your report exist some direction/ calls type absent in provider report
- may be provider use another rules for traffic calculation (f.e. first 10 sec not calculated)
- if you use analogue line - duration will be different (provider know real duration, PBX start conversation timer after time-out after last dialled digit)
- may be in your report exist some direction/ calls type absent in provider report

Keep in mind that OmniVista 8770 does not allows duration round up, I have a lot of this issues because our carriers users duration round up in their reports and OmniVista 8770 only allows to show in reports exact call duration.
