Hi all,
I have an OXO connected with OV8770, with no connectivity problems that I can detect. OXO Node Backup and NMC backup both work as they should.
I can also work on OMC Online from the OV8770. I have these valid 8770 Omni PCX Office licenses:
I have a whole bunch of Multi-Set Softphones with OTCV, so all the licenses have hit their max (is there a way around this?)
On the OXO I have configured Metering/Centralized Mgmt as per pics attached here (both as per OV8770 documentation)
Should I be seeing Users show up here? ==>
I can't get anything other than an empty report, does anyone have any thoughts?
I'm also not seeing any date being collected here ==> according to docs this is where OXO Connect tickets go

On your metering screen you have not enabled external metering activation IP.
Try to change that and make some tests

Thanks for the reply.. I tried that (although OV docs have a picture without this enabled!) but it doesn't change the

On closer inspection, the OXO doesn't have Attendants & Attendant groups, but the OXE does so I suspect this will only register OXE users.I still can't seem to generate any reports with any users listed at all

Try to add the trunk group number under Accounting on 8770
and you have to enable External Metering Activation IP
