Alarm module

Post by joao.carlos »

Hello folks,

I'm configuring an OV8770 that was not installed by me, and for the first time i can't see, in the alarms module, the Network/Subnetwork/OXE branch. Seems like someone deleted it, so i can see only alarms relative to the OV Server.

I've tried deleting all OXE/Subnetwork/network configuration and recreating it, resync OXE for the first time, but it still does not appear on Alarm module.

Does anyone know how to recreate this branch without reinstaling?

I thought about using some kind of LDAP explorer to find in another working OV and create in this one, but i was unable to connect to LDAP Server (if someone knows the parameters, i'll be glad receiving this information).

Thanks
