Extension forarding configure?

Somehow, someone in one of our room hit something to make the phone extension automatically forward when it is called, but it goes nowhere and gives me a voice prompt that the extension is set to forward but there is no extension. Using the 8770 software, Where do I look at this extension to turn off forwarding? I went and looked under users and searched for the extension, but I am not sure where I can see that it is forwarded and remove the forwarding.

If you open the tree of the user, you will find the Dynamic State User config.
