synchronisation error with oxo

hi
i tried to declare my OXO on my omnivista 8770 R3.0 but there is always a synchronisation errors,can any one help me to verify if i missed a parameter in the config.
i put the following parameters:
node number 1
network number 1
subnet network 1

ip adress 192.192.10.201
where can i find these parameters in the OMC

Hello,

you won't find these settings (except the Ip) in the OMC, as they aren't relevant for OXO.
It's just for omnivista, as it was designed for OXE, which has these parameters.

What error message do you get exactly?

Hello,

i have installed the omnivista on windows 2012 server and when i do a complete synchronisation to get tickets it indicate that there is an LDAP synchronisation error ,in the log file there is "refused connection" error.And the reports are epmpty
NB:when i launch OMC from the omnivista it's working as well
