Cannot take OXE Backup with 8770

Hi,

I am trying to take a backup of OXE pabx from the 8770 by going into maintenance tab, selecting the mao and site specific operating system and job is failing with the following error 'maintenance account not available'. I am attaching a print screen of this.

Do I need to create some account or is it a type of license?

You need to manage the mtcl User and password in Software Download tab of your OXE in config application.

and also the swinst password in the connectivity tab in the config application

Therefore the 8770 must have the Configuration License for it to be able to take OXE backups?
