Immediate forward for serval extensions at onces possible??

Post by thehazard1989 »

Hi everyone,

I need some help with Omnivista 8770.

Since we are moving to a different building, and all our IPfixed phones will be replaced by Skype for business application.
We need to forward / immediate forward to Skype extension, so they can use Skype what will be the new way of calling / receiving calls.

Normally we have an button created for all the newcomers, for example *103xxxx and people when they are teleworking can press the button before they go home, and all the calls are going to the skype.

But since this will not be always be the case, we want to know if Omnivista provides some scripts where we put all the extension and the system puts the immediate forward automatically.

What do you want? A script to set immediate forward at the the time the office closes and then set it back to normal when the office opens again or do you want a script that just sets all sets to immediate forward?

Either way, exports and imports are probably the way to go.
The idiot who somewhat could.
