Hello,
we got some 4029 running with OmniVista 8770 on a remote site installed.
I'm don't know much about this, I'm mainly operating the Omni PCX on our site, but I've got a problem with the 8770.
When users got calls from an unknows caller ID, the call would not be listed at the history of calls.
The phone rings, but if the caller hung up before you could pick up the call, its like it wasn't even there.
Perhaps it's just a quick setting I'm not aware of.

8770 - just management and accounting SW.
8770 just receive tickets from your PBX. I guess - OXE?
Check PBX management and accounting - not answered calls stored or not.

As I understand, I've got the 8770 Client for management (not configuration). On the same client (I could login via RDP) I've got an OmniPCX OTS Manager Running i could logon to. Logged in via SuperUser there are only IPPhones listed.
What other manager I'm looking for? Maybe I've gather some useful informations in the 8770 Client?

Ok. I've found a pre setup telnet client connecting to the OmniPCX Enterprise.
