Accounting tickets not present

If i go to the following file there are no tickets present:
C:\
8770\data\loader (used to retrieve the accounting records for the 8770
accounting application)

However, If i go to this file there are tickets in it:
C:\
8770\data\collector (used to retrieve the accounting records for an external
application)

I need to figure out how to collect tickets in the first folder to do call accounting. Below is how my node is set up:

If you have a suggestion of why this is not syncing to this folder i would appreciate it.
