SYSTEM DOWN.. CAN SOMEONE HELP?

Post by dhauss »

I are int he process of upgrading network switches in our office. We moved the configs over from HP to ARUBA switches and everything seems OK EXCEPT the phone system. I try to dial any voicemail extension and I get an error "voice mail unobtainable".. I also cannot dial across our WAN to other buildings that have not had their switches touched yet. The servers for the phone are on their own VLAN. Is there any way to see a status of what is or is not down? Also when I try to go to by "OpenTouch™ Business Edition 2.1.1" I get the login page but then I get "the login application didn't find the URL of the application you want to use.

Also When someone tries to call from an outside line, They just get a busy signal and do not get the auto attendant for any of he buildings...

Any help appreciated...

Do you have a duplicated Callserver? Looks like the phones running on the duplicated Callserver and there is no conntection to the OTBE System.
Better you look for some Businessparter for an onsite support...
