another BCK process is already running

Hi,

We are trying to take backup from omnivista 8770 for an OTBE system , but we get the error "another BCK process is already running"

and the job fails.

Can anybody give some suggestions on what to check and try.

maybe the backup by cron job on usb disk is running/hanging...
try to reboot rhe whole server.
