I configured different chassis Id for each 4 nos of 6900 How can I stack to to take first one as master and rest 3 as slave is that I need to reload sequentially or how can anyone explain me please.

Giving up Masterrole is only by reboot. If you powercyle all of them at once the lowest number will be master.
But from you picture 2 and 4 are unassigned and bot 1 and 3 are master but have no other devices connected?
