How many VFL for 4xOS6900 virtual chassis

How many VFL links to be created for having 4 OS6900 in virtual chassis ?

it depends..... If you make a full-meshed VC (every chassis with every) than per chassis 3 VFL (one VFL to every other).
If you build a ring (like in a stack) than two VFL per chassis to both the neighbors.
The used vfl-number isn't important. You can use at chassis 1 f.e. vfl 0 to chassis 2 and vfl 1 to chassis 3, but at the other end at chassis 2 to chassis 1 you can use vfl 3. It is similar to LAG.
