Hi guys,

My company is looking to work out a remote assistance contract for SIP integration, both internally and on the WAN side. We had challenges with ISP authentication, so are currently running without authentication but still run into issues on the OXO and OXE systems. In addition we also deploy call centers.

Be great if you guys could PM me if interested as i haven't had much success sending out PMs.

cheers..

As you are new PMs are blocked until you reach 3 posts. I'm interested, OXO is not my best, but OXE and CC are.
cavagnaro.jc at gmail.com for more details.
Cheers

Hi,

I work for a small non-profit and I really need help with my alcatel system. We once had a service contract with verizon (who set up our system), but they dropped the service and since then we have used a variety of random contrators, none of whom really helped us figure out how to get what we want out of the system. I an fairly tech-savy and so I end up dealing with this type of problem in the office. Ideally, I would like to figure out what exactly we have and what the capabilities of our system are so that we could have something that best met our needs. One example of a current problem is that we have unlimited long distance on one of our lines, but I do not think that that line is set as the first outgoing line. Anothe issue, is that call-forwarding does not seem to work. I would love to get someone to diagnose our system and help me figure out what maintenance/tweaking I can do myself, and what we need to hire out (probably to the same person). It would also be important to have this "audit" done so that future work can be done without re-inventing the wheel - nobody who was here when the system was set up is still here.

Many thanks in advance,

-Abi

Does it has to be on site or can be done remotely?
If on site where are you located?

I think innitially it would be good to have someone local to checkout the system, but could maybe do it via video.
