Hi we need help to deactivate the "reset" function on the Alcatel Y900 hotspot devices.

The problem is, that it is too easy to reset all settings by only pressing the "on/off" and "wps" button for 3-5 seconds.

Our customers constantly reset the device by mistake.

How can we disable the reset function?
