Issues Registering 8232 onto Omni PCX

I have two 8232 Dects working absolutely perfectly on our Omni PCX. I need to add a further 8232. I purchased a reconditioned 8232 and got the error described here with just the reconditioned model:

I thought it was probably a phone issue rather than a system issue and returned the reconditioned phone.

Then purchased brand new 8232. Tried to register it onto the system and got exactly the same issue.

Can anyone help? Don't mind paying for remote support but please quote your rate for fixing this issue. Can give you access to OMC or remote access to our server otherwise.

I need help my oxo alcatel omnipcx is releasing outgoing calls/trunk calls but incoming calls is perfect any one who can help remotely. This problem started after our network provider changed ISDN to ZTE ISDN. my WhatsApp contact +260969332598
