Hello friends.
I got some issue with calls from OXE (in stand Alone) user to Opentouch User.
The issue is very simple, I can´t call to an Opentouch User from a OXE user.
This is the sceneario:
OXE (stand Alone) = OXE A. (IP 10.0.7.240)
Opentouch = OPT (IP 10.0.7.229)
OXE (embedded in OPT "virtual machine) = OXE B. (10.0.7.230)
Domain name: anew.com.ve
DNS: 10.0.7.127
All servers are declare in DNS.

calls from OXE B user to OXE A user is OK
calls from OPT user to OXE A user is OK
calls from OXE B user to OPT user is OK
calls from OXE A user to OXE B user is OK
call from OXE A user to OPT user is not working. I got on the screen (OXE A user 4019 set) : Wrong Number.

Adittional information:
In OXE A; sip external Gateway 6 is OXE B (10.0.7.230) if I change to OPT (IP or DNS name opentouch.anew.com.ve) I got the error "Access out of service" or Congestion.
Calls from OXE A to OXE B are made trough a Network Number Prefix.
OXE A user is : 819 AFlores
OPT user is: 1819 Alberto Flores.
OPT Also have another three user and I got the same behavior (user are 1812, 1826, 1827).

OPT is seen as a SIP External PBX in matter of communication, so for communicate with it there is SIP communication, if you capture the SIP TRaces on OPT you will probably see a 404 error, what does OPT receives as SIP invite? That will fix your issue
