New OTMS with restoration

Good night everybody,

I'm installing a new OTMS from scratch and I'm stuck on post installation because an old colleague has installed an OTMS at a customer but he dead not leave login/passwords in OpenTouch core settings. How can I find these passwords? I especially need the Administrator username/password.

I already try by DirManag but no result.
