Hello,

I have an Alcatel OXO system and i have a problem in My ic web office when i dialed ext. no. then error msg showing The dialed number is invalid
plz somebody help me .

hello..

can you dial an Internal Number? if yes call the company that supports this pbx to define outgoing rules...

what kind of outgoing rules i am little aware about alcatle OXO and OMC plz suggest me how to do that .............

it is imposible to know your configuration if you dont post it.

ARS? trafic sharing?barring?numbering plan? what should i suggest you?. Thats why i told you to contact an Alcatel partner..

but you did not answer ...can you make an Internal call?
